Emotional divorce among married employees

Emotional divorce is a type of negative communication and the emotional psychological isolation between marriage people. As result, their life become as source problems. The unreal form without access an official because fear children’s future or criticism society.While married continues painfully. objectives current research are identify level among employees in Zakho district general, significance differences that according variables: gender, number years marriage, educational achievement, economic status. To achieve research, measure was prepared, fit requirements recent nature sample. It consist (42) items, psychometric properties it have been extracted. Then applied sample consisted (700) couples who were selected couples, then distributed over nine departments Dohuk governorate. After analyzing data by using appropriate statistical; results showed general low, there no significant due variables status achievement. Depending on results, set recommendations suggestions developed.
